SGC2 is the sister site of www.serenitysgiftcove.com... both of our sites are about sharing, caring, having fun and keeping it simple... It's easy to purchase through SGC2, if it's an SGC product you are buying simply click on the pay pal button to purchase... :) or if choosing another payment option please send us and email, your item will not be sold to anyone else, even though it may still appear on SGC2... unless of course "the sale falls through". :)

To purchase a product from one of the SGC2 extended family... (those who share product via SGC2) simply email them directly or you can email us and we will make send them your request ... We also offer our "family" the option of allowing their customers to purchase via our pay pal, in that case you can just click on the button to order/purchase. Keep in mind your item will not be shipped from us. (as we won't have it here) :)

We use Canada Post to ship to you... however, we also encourage you to meet with us and pick up your item... this is the reason why you will see two price points for the same item... One will have the shipping included, while the other will be less... the lessor price of course is the pick up option.

Products belonging to the SGC2 "family" will be shipped directly to you from them, we will not have access to the shipping method or the product... Please contact the "family member" directly if you have questions re: shipping or to see if they offer pick up or delivery. (we are happy to ask them for you, just send us an email with the product information). Email us here:

We will do our best to ship SGC2 products to you in a timely matter, please keep in mind Canada post is busier at certain times of the year and your order may take longer to get to you.

SHOP POLICIES

We are happy to ship a product to someone else for you ... we will gift wrap it and make it pretty... no extra charge... we bill you and ship to them... (only if you give us the address though... ) :) Remember to take into account the time it will get to reach it's destination, especially if it's for a special occasion such as a birthday or christmas... :) We will include a little card with your words if you would like to say something special or you can leave it up to us...

Please note that for international orders and orders to the United States there will be an added shipment amount.. we will notify you before the sale is final.
If you would like us to use a different method of shipping... (UPS or Purolator for example) this may be extra, we will notify before the sale is final.

SGC Products for the most part are non returnable... but we are flexible, so never worry about asking us if it's possible for you to return something... We cannot say the same for the extended SGC2 family, (those who share through us) you would have to clear that with them... (or we can ask them for you if you find a product you are interested in).

Our reasons for not excepting returns:

we cannot afford to pay for the shipping back to us, if you (the customer) are willing to pay for the shipping and really need to return something send us an email ... :)
Some items may have the "hygenic reason"
We are a very small "business" and once an item has left us, we grieve and then move on... :)
We are not walmart
We sincerly try to provide "happy", quality products.... and will never intentially sell something we think is unsaleable.
